Soft Focus Florals with Mixed Media Charm

Today I am sharing a mixed media card that I made to participate in the Altenew June 2025 Inspiration Challenge.

• Zero Waste: Berries and Branches Die

• XOXO Die from the XOXO & More Die Set

• Dream big stamp from the More Than Words Stamp Set

• Brushed Gold Metallic Cardstock

🎨 Process

The background features ink smooshing, ink splatters and repeat stamping, and is covered by vellum. I stamped and die-cut a floral cluster that was ink blended through a set of layering stencils. I used stickles in the flower centres for some shine. The florial cluster is topped by a colored and glazed die-cut sentiment. Around the floral cluster, I arranged die-cut greenery in a variety of papers.
